Booking and Contract

All bookings for Blacksmiths Cottage are managed exclusively by Rural Retreats. By making a reservation you agree to the full Rural Retreats terms and conditions regarding payments and cancellations.

Occupancy and House Rules

Occupancy is strictly limited to a maximum of two adult guests. The property is pet-free and smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the cottage at any time.

Use of Bicycles

Two bicycles are provided for guest use entirely at your own risk. We strongly recommend that guests bring and wear their own safety equipment and helmets as these are not provided. The owners cannot be held responsible for any injury or accident resulting from the use of the bicycles.

Grounds and Rural Activity

Guests are welcome to enjoy the surrounding grounds and wildlife pools. Please be aware that the grounds are shared with the owners’ residence and, as this is a rural setting, essential maintenance and garden machinery such as tractors or mowers may be in operation at various times. The owners reserve the right of access to the cottage for essential maintenance or in the event of an emergency.

Liability

The owners cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings or vehicles during your stay. All guests are advised to ensure they have appropriate travel insurance in place.
